Venue rental starts at $13,000 and includes exclusive use of the full 32-acre property, grand ballroom, lakeside ceremony space, bridal suite, groom’s lounge, and all outdoor areas. Most couples invest $30,000–$60,000 all-in. We share a full itemized pricing guide on your tour, so there are no surprises.
Never. One wedding, one couple, one day. The entire property is reserved for you and your guests.
You have the property from 10 AM for getting ready, photos and vendor setup. The 5 hours start when guests arrive and the bar opens.
Yes. Extra event time after midnight is $1,000 per hour. Early access before 10 AM and extra breakdown time are $250 per hour.
Yes. Bring your own planner, photographer, florist, DJ and décor team. Catering comes from our 6 preferred caterers (outside catering is available for an additional fee), and all beverages are handled by our in-house bar.
The ballroom seats your full guest count, and the indoor-outdoor flow means transitions stay seamless. Your coordinator will walk you through the backup plan on your tour.
Yes. The ballroom seats up to 500 guests and outdoor ceremonies hold up to 300, so you get a large wedding venue near Houston that still feels personal.
No. Smaller weddings often hold the ceremony in the foyer or a flipped ballroom, and the room is set to your guest count.
A 50% deposit on the venue rental. The balance and your bar package are due 30 days before the wedding, once your guest count is final.
If you’re in Katy, Fulshear, Sugar Land or West Houston, we’re 10 to 25 minutes away. From downtown Houston, about 45 minutes, close enough that guests can get home the same night.
