What's the price range, and what's included?

Venue rental starts at approximately $14,000 and includes exclusive use of the full 32-acre property, grand ballroom, lakeside ceremony space, bridal suite, groom's lounge, and all outdoor areas. Most couples invest $30,000–$60,000 all-in. We share a full itemized pricing guide on your tour — no surprises

Do you host more than one wedding per day?

Never. One wedding. One couple. One day. When you book White Oaks, you have the entire property exclusively for you and your guests. We believe your wedding deserves the full stage, not half of it.

What is it rains or the weather is bad?

Houston weather is part of why we built the way we did. The indoor ballroom accommodates your full guest count in complete elegance, and our indoor-outdoor flow means transitions happen seamlessly. Your coordinator will walk you through the backup plan on your tour.

How many guests can you accommodate?

White Oaks is designed for weddings of 120 to 500 guests — the sweet spot for an event that feels personal but is a real celebration. If you're outside that range, let us know on your tour and we'll give you an honest answer.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes — within our approved vendor program. We have a curated list of preferred vendors who know the property, and you're welcome to bring your own provided they meet our standard requirements. Your touring coordinator will share the full details.

Is 2026 still available? Are we too late?
