Houston weather is part of why we built the way we did. The indoor ballroom accommodates your full guest count in complete elegance, and our indoor-outdoor flow means transitions happen seamlessly. Your coordinator will walk you through the backup plan on your tour.

White Oaks is designed for weddings of 120 to 500 guests — the sweet spot for an event that feels personal but is a real celebration. If you're outside that range, let us know on your tour and we'll give you an honest answer.

White Oaks has an open vendor policy — bring the photographer, florist, planner, and any other vendors you love. The only two exceptions are catering and beverages. For catering, you'll choose from our curated list of 6 preferred caterers, each vetted for quality and familiar with our space. All beverages are handled through our in-house beverage service, which keeps everything seamless and your guests well taken care of. Your coordinator will walk you through all the options on your tour.
